Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (used by eCSyn as a Progressive Web App). This Policy explains what we use and how you can control it. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required to run the Service — sign-in sessions, security and core functionality. The site does not work properly without these. | Session/authentication, security tokens, PWA storage |
| Preferences | Remember your choices and settings to improve your experience. | Saved preferences, UI state |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Used only where permitted. | Aggregated usage analytics (only if enabled) |
eCSyn can be installed to your device as an app. To work offline and load quickly, it stores data locally on your device (for example via service workers and local/session storage). This data stays on your device and is used to run the app; clearing your browser/app storage removes it.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear app storage from your browser or device. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features. For more on managing cookies, see your browser’s help pages.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Questions? Contact us at support@ecsyn.com.
